BAGS OF BOOKS

A huge thanks to the DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City whose employees collected lots of gently used children's books to help promote literacy! Hilton Hotels & Resorts#Literacy #bagsofbooks

Bags of Books loves hosting family literacy nights. Community members select bags full of books to kick-start their home libraries!

The staff and interns from the Character Lab donated children's books to the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at Penn.  They even inscribed inspirational messages!

A highlight for us was hosting a school's READ-A-THON when we donated books so children could read for hours and then select books to take home to keep!
